Alteria Art

Alteria Art was created in 2012 by Lauren Jones and Alix Janta-Polczynski as a sister project to Art Barter to allow for more freedom in approach. Part production company and part art organisation with a two-fold core mission: to support young and emerging talents and to champion a more open access to art making and collecting.

Alteria Art implements those goals, initiating projects that work closely with both established and emerging contemporary artists through an eclectic program. Often creating time and space for artists to work in new mediums, acting as mentors to emerging talents, facilitating collaborations across creative disciplines and fundraising for charities through their various initiatives. Alongside this, Alteria Art continues to work on internal and external projects as exhibition producers.
